It's Good To Be Home

After 4 1/2 months, I finally can drive around Philadelphia and not feel like a tourist. Goodbye Virginia license plates, I will never see you again.
After a whole day sitting at the PennDOT DMV, and then waiting 2 months for my title to be transferred to Pennsylvania, I finally got my new plates. It's good to be home.
